Things to work on

9.30 pm now Thursday 30 April 2015.  Just finished sipping my green tea. pondering some thoughts, pinteresting, trying to do some online shopping on another browser, and playing my favorite teleserye on another browser... multi-tasking.  Napaisip ako, parang nagiging stagnant na ko, ang labo ng direction ko, di ko alam ano ba plan ko sa buhay ko.  I want to do so many things pero parang kulang ako sa will power.  I realise something has to change.  Naisip ko I have to list the things i would like to improve on my self so i'm here back to keeping a journal para ma track ko ang progress ko.

Eto ang top 5 sa list ko

1.  I have to limit myself on facebook - Facebook is a #1 time waster, hindi ko namamalayan anong petsa na nasa facebook padin ako.  worst is parang nag aantay lang ako ng updates from friends kung anong nangyayari sa buhay nila, minsan pa they are not even my friends, chismis langinaantay ko.  hindi sha productive.  most of the time nagiging bitter pa ko and naiingit because people in facebook tend to display all the great stuff about their lives.  pag nakikita ko i cant help but to compare.  Ang pangit ng effect.  hindi ko tuloy na aapreciate kung anong meron ako.  I think I have an amazing life din naman.  kaya from now on log out ako facebook.  ang only time to check ko is in the evening before sleeping and in the morning nalang when I wake up, just to check if I have messages. hindi na ko mag scroll to look for chismis and most specially di na ko mag stalk. hehehe

2.  I should drink more green tea and lemon grass juice - target ko now is atleast 2 cups of green tea per day.  I started drinking one cup at night now after dinner, pero i should drink din cguro in the morning after brekkie.  I dnt know why I love teas lately, sa office i have a box of be happy tea and strawberry tea. sarap pala ng tea after a big meal.  madami din benefits kaya go ako sa tea.  For lemon grass cguro target ko nlng every other day mag boil ako.  maganda din kasi sha for our body.

3. Practice to be assertive and confident - lately i've been reading articles on how to raise an assertive toddler and one of the things na pala ko nababasa is that I should show it para matutunan ni Bita.  Then na-realise ko na dapat i-start ko sa sarili ko before I expect Bita to be assertive.  Important na matuto sha to defend her self and speak up for what she wants.  Yan ang frustrations ko kaya gusto ko icorrect sakanya while maaga pa.  So ngayon extra effort nlng ako to be more confident and assertive.  

4.  Be organise - I should really be organise, nakaka stress pag makalat and si Bita baka ganon din ung ma adopt nya.  Mantra ko ngayon is linis linis linis.  mejo challenging lang kasi having a toddler means play time palage so toys are everywhere, pero this should not stop me from being organise.  I strat ko na to promise!

5.Exercise - I started bikram again last week and I felt good after.  So from now on atleast once a week join ako sa bikram.  mejo challenging pero kaya naman.  malayo kasi ung studio from home pero isched nlng namin na church kami sa city then bikram ako after church.  ang hirap kasi hindi ako pinagpapawisan, ung mga toxin ko siguro naiipon hehehe pero sa bikram mega pawis ako, kaya gusto ko.  ang dami ko din pimples ngayon kaya sana pag nag exercise ako mawala na ang mga toxin along with the pimples.
